Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated May 1, 2026.
1. Why this matters
Carriers judge our network by the traffic we send. Abusive traffic hurts answer rates and can get routes closed for every customer, so we enforce these rules firmly.
2. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, scams or phishing; to impersonate others or spoof caller ID you are not authorised to use; for robocalls or telemarketing without the consent required by law; for traffic pumping, Wangiri or artificially inflated traffic; or to harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
3. Caller ID
Caller ID must be a number you own or are authorised to present. Using numbers belonging to emergency services, government bodies or other businesses is prohibited.
4. Emergency calls
The service is not a replacement for traditional telephone service and may not support emergency calling. Always keep an alternative way to reach emergency services.
5. Enforcement
We may block destinations, limit capacity, suspend lines or close accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice. Balances on accounts closed for abuse may be forfeited where permitted by law.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe calls from our network are abusive, contact us with the date, time and numbers involved and we will investigate.
