Terms of Service
Last updated May 1, 2026.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Aerocalling services you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. The service
Aerocalling provides SIP trunking, outbound calling routes, virtual phone numbers and a client portal for managing them. Features may change as we improve the service.
3. Prepaid balance
Services are prepaid. Calls and recurring fees are deducted from your balance. When your balance reaches zero, calls may be blocked until you top up. Balances are not interest-bearing and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once used.
4. Payments
Top-ups made with USDT TRC-20 must be sent in the exact amount shown, on the TRON network, within the stated time window. Bitcoin top-ups are processed through our payment processor. Payments sent to the wrong network or in the wrong amount may require manual review and cannot always be recovered.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for all traffic placed through your account and for complying with laws that apply to your calls, including consent, recording and telemarketing rules in every destination you call.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, that present a fraud or security risk, or where required by law or a carrier.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
